Mandatory Disclosure Rules (MDR)

For this project, I helped create a web based application for internal employees, which aids them in managing and creating RC312 and RC313 forms that are submitted by public via web or paper based formats.

For web, that information is automatically populated in the application, and allows employees to search up, review or action those requests. For the paper based forms that are filled out by the public, the employees need to do manual data entry of those forms.

As part of my role I helped create a user friendly way to make the forms easier to fill when data entry is required and provide a user friendly way to track, search, review and action all other forms that are submitted.
